I called several HVAC companies and they either couldn’t service my furnace or they were booked several weeks out. By the time I found Mike, we were without heat for over a week.

From the very first call, I can tell that Mike was different from everyone I called. Mike genuinely cared. Even though he had an extremely busy day, Mike realized how dire my situation was and he made it a priority to come to my house that same day. When he left, we had heat again.

This summer, during the hottest day of the year, it was so fitting that my AC decided to stop working. This time, Mike was the only person I called. My AC was fixed the same day.
